Members of Ro university are working with the London Orchard Project, who are providing funding, and a local branch of the British Trust for Conservation Volunteers to complete this project; creating resource to be enjoyed by our staff, students and local community group for years to come. Additionally it will help to increase on-campus biodiversity, increasing numbers of bird, insect and plant species.
This was the first of three workshops which aimed to provide initial site clearance and to create some dead wood habitats. The dedicated group cleared a large portion of the old orchard space, making room for new trees to be planted and a beautiful area for fruit bearing to begin again.
Future orchard volunteer days are planned for January 25th and February 22nd. For further information or if you’d like to volunteer, please contact Dr Jonathan Horner, Environmental Manager.

Reading University has cancelled today’s scheduled speech by “kill the gays” Islamist preacher Abu Usamah at-Thahabi, which was to be hosted by the university’s Muslim Society.
“Thahabi endorses the murder of gay people and of Muslims who give up their faith. He says women are deficient and encourages the beating of little girls who refuse to wear the hijab,” said Peter Tatchell, Director of the human rights lobby, the Peter Tatchell Foundation.
“While this cancellation is welcome, the university’s reasons for the cancellation appear to be bogus, feeble and unprincipled.
“The university authorities claim the Thahabi meeting was cancelled because of serious threats of violent protest by extremist groups. I challenge the university to name these groups and reveal the threats.
“The idea that Islamist extremists would threaten a fellow Islamist extremist is absurd. The planned student protest against Thahabi was always going to be peaceful and never made any threats, as far as I know.
“Unless the university has evidence they have not disclosed, its professed reason for cancellation looks like a vile, disgraceful smear against legitimate, non-violent protesters.
“To its shame, the university appears to have used a phoney excuse to cancel a speaker who never should have been invited to speak in the first place. Inviting Thahabi clearly violated the equal opportunities and non-discrimination policies of the university and the student’s union.
“Women, Muslim and LGBT students have a right to go to university without being menaced and threatened by hate preachers.
“Disgracefully, the Vice Chancellor has failed to condemn the Muslim Society for inviting
Thahabi.
“Thahabi’s hateful, violent views are not shared by most Muslims in Britain,” said Mr Tatchell.

A letter had been sent by the Peter Tatchell Foundation to the Vice Chancellor of Reading University, David Bell, protesting at the university’s decision to host Abu Usamah at-Thahabi, on the grounds that Thahabi had been filmed by Channel Four’s Dispatches programme justifying the murder of gay people. Incitement to murder is a serious criminal offence.

Other protests were made against Thahabi by the anti-extremist organisation, Students Rights, and by Reading University students.

I understand that Mr. Abu Usamah at-Thahabi is giving a talk at the University of Reading on Thursday, 28th February 2013.
This individual has incited hatred and murder of homosexuals. He has abused his right to free speech and infringed the right of LGBT people to go about their lives without threats or fear.

It is not good enough to monitor his presence on Thursday. His conduct before attending the University of Reading needs to weigh heavily upon any decision to permit him onto university property.

I would urge you to deny him a platform or hospitality, as it would be an insult to past/present/future LGBT individuals attending your university.
If Mr Abu Usamah at-Thahabi’s previous remarks had called for the murder of Jewish or black people I am sure he would not be permitted to speak at your university.
I urge you to not collude with a man who incites murder, and to not adopt double standards on incitements to racist and homophobic violence.

Background Briefing on Abu Usamah at-Thahabi
Abu Usamah at-Thahabi has previously urged that gay people should be punished with death.
“Do you practice homosexuality with men? Take that homosexual man and throw him off the mountain,” Thahabi was recorded as saying by Channel Four’s Dispatches programme.
“If I were to call homosexuals perverted, dirty, filthy dogs who should be murdered, that’s my freedom of speech, isn’t it?”
On Muslims who leave the faith he said: “Kill him in the Islamic state…If the Imam wants to crucify him, he should crucify him. The person is put up on the wood and he’s left there to bleed to death for three days.”
He was filmed by Channel Four deriding women as “deficient”, inferior to men and religiously and intellectually “incomplete.”
He advocates violence against little girls who refuse to wear the hijab: “She should start hijab from the age of seven, by the age of ten it becomes an obligation on us to force her to wear hijab and if she doesn’t wear hijab, we hit her.”
Thahabi was caught on camera making these incitements while addressing worshippers at the Green Lane Mosque in Birmingham.
When he was later interviewed by Channel 4 News, he refused to withdraw or apologise for his comments.
First of all congratulations for the environmentalist award.
I tried to contact again and again people and professors (no in fact simple doctors from the green team at Ro university, in order to see if transfer the leftover of the different restaurants and cafe lodging in the university’s campus could be arranged. We could have gathered some veg or seed or whatever is for their diet recommended and could suit the fowl and other wild life at Ro university.
I know the surrounding very well and I am alarmed at a habitat ever shrinking, outside the uni, or inside as well.
How do you think could it be done?
I asked to start something done by the students just feeding animals a little bit, including cats, squirrels, all the birds…
And someone answered me that this particular type of food was unhealthy. I researched wild life website, they contradict this claim.

100 year-old FUNIVERSITYbel Orchard space
An assembly of staff and student volunteers, including some of the University’s Environmental Champions, recently started work on a project which aims to restore the c.100 year-old FUNIVERSITYbel Orchard near the wooded area behind FUNIVERSITYbel lake.

The one reason I had been so happy in Ro university is that if you make a effort you always can find a room to work on your own, quiet and in peace.
The corner of the buildings I was using was left lighted. Always. Not switched off by the staffs, or students, and rarely by the security staff. So I started to switched it off, automatically, like at home. I swear that after several months of that,
– One, they removed the banner asking to switch off the light.
– Two, they made it impossible to switch off from the switch, the light would never been turn off. True. I guess there were some damn fool security issues.
Try it switch it off really. And they will block the circuit into a permanent ‘ON’.

The University of Ro university has many projects and initiatives which promote environmental sustainability. These are supported by students, staff and outside organisations.

Allotment
The University has established an allotment for students, staff and members of the local community to grow fresh fruit, vegetables and flowers.
Orchard
Working with The London Orchard Project, staff and student volunteers planted a new orchard with apple, pear and plum trees, and are restoring a 100-year-old orchard in FUNIVERSITYbel grounds.
Beekeeping
In a collaborative project with a local branch of The British Beekeepers’ Association, the University established beehives on the campus. We will soon be producing our own honey and we aim to provide an educational resource for beekeepers, staff and students.
Cycling promotion
The University has a flourishing Bicycle User Group (BUG) for students and staff, which has over 100 members and there are cycle shelters and showers for cyclists across the entire campus. You could hire a bike through our Student Union’s On Your Bike scheme.
Walking Works
The University participates in the Walking Works campaign, encouraging employees to walk more, both during the working day and for commuting. We have created a 1.5km walking route on campus.
Green Impact
Part of a growing national programme for UK universities, the Green Impact initiative encourages the formation of departmental Green Teams which work to reduce their local environmental impacts.

It is my luck it is this year my mails end up to the junk part of all staffs at university. I could have liked the shortcut earlier finally.
About uni compulsory provision of I.T working with their more than stiff mail box system is not a blessing. And cost me pound in not having been warned about my books in the library. I don’t use Ro university mail box and they don’t even have a forwarding option to my actual email adress.

Professor Claire Ozanne
Deputy Provost, Claire Ozanne has been promoted to Professor of Ecology. Claire was awarded a personal chair in recognition of her research on insects and other arthropods in temperate and tropical forest canopies, her strengths in learning and teaching and her contribution to academic leadership.
Claire is Deputy Provost with particular responsibilities for International Partnerships.

of course I ended up paying the ongoing student rate but for 2 years – in fact almost 3- I have been left to believe that the rate would raise for me as well. the administration let the profs (well Darren O’Byrne as I spoke with him about that again- I was not before hand questioning him about the rates but just were complaining that the rates raise was catastrophe for my personal finances, I also went full time student last year to avoid paying triple, and this I told every of my teachers, none reacted) know only last year last term. that is only one term before the new fees. two years without notifying their part time students about them being unaffected by the change.

I would like to say that in the university of Ro university an extraordinary way of doing security shows how considerate the staff were and were asked to be to students needs. At Ro university since silent zone are not totally respected at times or are crowded there is a way of using empty class room. I have even witnessed at university people, docs in environmental studies refusing that people start organising to feed the wild life with appropriate food from what is thrown from university bar and coffees.
Them cutting every tree that were not apples tree to ‘renovate’ the orchard. Within an environment in the nearest town on and on shrinking, mass of free land with old trees and bush just oust and take away by buildings. The very land at university each year on the cutting down. Without bush, something dense, from (BUTTON) bottom to branches, there is no habitat!! It is the used illusion of the green it is a lawn with a bit of arborative, a decoration. NO HABITAT, NO WILDLIFE!
I have seen these same people saying that the uni was specially green, while throwing brand new, or totally well working equipment, tons and tons of them everyday of practically, paid with our fees (some paid 3 times less than a teacher when as a worker they are well paid, so to buy yourself more than a hutch, no possible, above all when you do not follow citizens rules of neo liberalism and lobster for lunch to the banker and politicians that bankrupt the same institution that disposed us all anyway).
And feasting like environmentalist in a meadow whose free animal numbers are ever decreasing, (just like if they were the chickens they were too good to slay) with barbecue (spreading the smell of burn flesh, what make you what you eat, dead and assassinated) for main banquet.
THAT WOULD MAKE ME CRYING. (For my parents, and then dying?)
Though I witnessed it last year, for an academic to say that they were there to implement this unworded policies, or worded by just partly, not documented what they did to the orchard and how they refused us to feed the wild life with the kilos of food that are throw incorrectly (not even recycled).
I would not obtain the peer review, here peer standing for citizens the hypocrisy of how illusion of human rights are in effect being don. Done.

University’s issues.
One pays thousands of pounds to enter university, and some lectures just last ½ hour instead of 1 ½, with teachers making jokes about students wanting to go early. To react like this, I think, is to take people for damn idiots and spurn how hard some students (not their parents I hope, higher education has to be paid by the student in my opinion, or later on after you get a job. But more on this is that university should be affordable to every and any purse) might have to work, sometimes have to sacrifice to pay the fees. On top of teaching that jobs are unserious and ‘owning’ them is just taken for granted. It is grandly unserious, it is what I mean.
Your university wants to have a green reputation. Just one or two facts.
The bushes are actually shrinking from year to year. Wild life needs real green to survive, not just grass, and big trees isolated. Nature cannot build homes without undergrowth, etc.
Roehampton like other universities raise their fees so dangerously, but for what? The vice-chancellor praise themselves to reinvest it in teachings and not in research… am curious to know about what, with what rubbish they will manage to produce real refined culture, or novelty.
I’ ll tell you where go the money for a green uni, in throwing in the bin brand new equipment to replace it year after year, that endlessly.
We pay sweat and blood for the fess. Research is not prioritised, or prioritising, but at least they change for marble the W.C.

One stuff more, I really think that the lecture content is good enough, though I went in some in which I learnt absolutely nothing. My opinion is that the ‘Groove house’ (administrative building where the top guys from specialists in subjects became suddenly fit for top job in admin? = UNIVERSITIES’ HEADS AND DIRECTORS– or were they never subjects specialists but always ticking- the building that has need been subletting) did not bother and recruit lecturers ‘not up to the job’. Like is above said, I think roe is ok regarding to lectures content but even very few staff not up to the job are enough when given lots of lectures or responsibilities to spoil the students’ year and rob them from necessary aptitudes. Recruitment giving lectures to professionals that were not committed.
I guess that lecturing is very very though, and students that do not respect silence should be asked to go out. At least when it is nothing to do with the content, their disruption.

It is only intellectual honesty to leave after every lecture, 5 to 10 min brief, for students to ask question or to simply question the lectures, or add information that is felt to be lacking, any reasons that make learning and discussion progress. This possibility is the ABC of pedagogy and is obviously not respected, no time for questions in almost every lecture, or quasi. To finish I tried to feed the wild life (please do something for them) as around uni the town’s green places and little woods are being devastated.

May I wish you all the best in those fantastic spaces. I do hope someone acknowledges that CETL capital funding was diverted from a Southlands extension to rescue the rebuilding of the old Mandela bulding to create Duchesne. So the University has benified from the CETL money and should acknowledge this somehow.
May I also use this space to congratulate the Business School on its six new staff and 1.7 million commitment at a time when good, hard workng scholars in the humanities and social sciences are facing redundancies.

as far as i am concerned i am the one that have been censured for having said that no one wanted to admit that human rights were scrapped nationaly and not only locally. also the campaing could have become tough and long sighting and long enduring. but the were to have compaigned had rather shushed it, go one praising the mosoleum University. i am so sorry to say that having been censured by the very bureaucracy of human rights, by your students, whose professors have let, without reacting if not relieved, or perhaps amused, of course it is somewhat easy to teach 20 odds without making them understand that it is not because that they enrolled human rights that they are becoming the justs suddenly, perhaps could they thus learn the only way to change the society as well as one’s one position to destiny, mainly to be fair ad bellum and in belly. When you realize that a bunch of human rights students decide to get rid of many people (first the alternative parties, after the people that don’t speak their way in order to put on their cv to have run a campaign that they know could not be a runner…) ready to warn the population about what was going on, get rid of these people in order to seem, to appear to be the orchestrator of the stories. That these people claim to fight for philo and arts, and cannot take a little bit of additional data- aside their recordering commendation and admiration to their potential employers in branding what might be the worse of anti human rights, to advertise for it in doing the opposite. This is for particularly a working student, as it is hard to compile both work and studies, and that places where enough place to find quietness or silent as either very expensive or unfindable –here the societal organisation is faulty- as it is very difficult to find people respecting and searching the same amount of noise production and respect of intimacy- and also unaffordable for a working class wages.
Libraries are full and the silent places are overcrowded while the restrictions with speaking or other are not always respected.
At this university, there is a chapel.
Between the chapel and the chapel store room there is a corridor where it is written that people are welcomed to enjoy quiet moment.
I am not speaking about the meeting room, with sofa, etc, the place i am talking about is in fact a corridor at the interjection of several mostly unused other doors.
I know that this place, as it is well hidden, and somewhat cold, colder than almost any other area, and much more sober, is never used by other students.
Each time students wanted to use it – a parish team came a couple of time and film students, i always packed my stuff and let them to enjoy the place entirely.
Although i made sure that my presence was disturbing nobody. It is the chaplain of this place that very heavily ban my working there.
I was as surprised as shock almost hurt. I respect the silence 100%, i never stayed when people needed it, asking them to stay as soon as they entered, and packing my stuff at once.
This place is never ever used or practically and i really wonder why i have been refused to use it.
Yes silence and quietness are precious and to meditation, be it intellectual, spiritiual or otherwise, a complete necessity.
I am very concerned as what i think is very unwelcoming and very disrespectful and anti religious.

Personally, I decided not to take one, and ended up working hours; wasted as I could not access sites still listed in search engines, even ‘English teaching site’, TFL sites, educational sites, etc…

I tried, it seems it was a project for students, because god knows how difficult is to find any jobs without experience, in the non-profit sector. Even the experienced ones will find only unpaid offers.
Not one word, what I think have been done. Is to produce paper work that one can archive to proof the millions of pounds actually had been used- but even not available to university students. But in this age of cavern (not that is the beer you are entice to consume by the very doctor that organise the lectures while coming to evening conferences), the digital age, not one single sheet is on the record. The one help I personally needed at uni, was someone giving me specific advice on my essay. So thank you for when it has been done. Also thank you when I have been challenged intellectually, and not methodologically but that I admit it had not been many times. I think because it takes serious. Here yes education could be emphasized and I would understand why some teachers go earlier because they really make comments, very specific, and knowledge information even though you read as much as you could on the subject, you just not specialised enough to do an essay of a balanced and pin pinning situations and conceptions. Rarely the docs can, is what I think. That is for the value of research. Would stop them to give several lectures on different subjects to perfect beginners and maybe we would be taught by real professionals, and specialists, but that of course would say that they gave it a toss. One pays thousands of pounds to enter university, and some lectures just last ½ hour instead of 1 ½, with teachers making jokes about students wanting to go early. To react like this, I think, is to take people for damn idiots and spurn how hard some students (not their parents I hope, higher education has to be paid by the student in my opinion, or later on after you get a job. But more on this is that university should be affordable to every and any purse) might have to work, sometimes have to sacrifice to pay the fees. On top of teaching that jobs are unserious and ‘owning’ them is just taken for granted. It is grandly unserious, it is what I mean.
Roehampton wants to have a green reputation. Just one or two facts.
The bushes are actually shrinking from year to year. Wild life needs real green to survive, not just grass, and big trees isolated. Nature cannot build homes without undergrowth, etc.
Roehampton like other universities raise their fees so dangerously, but for what? The vice-chancellor praise themselves to reinvest it in teachings and not in research… am curious to know about what, with what rubbish they will manage to produce real refined culture, or novelty.
I’ ll tell you where go the money for a green uni, in throwing in the bin brand new equipment to replace it year after year, that endlessly.

One stuff more, I really think that the lecture content is good enough at ROE though I went in some in which I learnt absolutely nothing. My opinion is that the ‘Groove house’ did not bother and recruit lecturers not up the job. Like is above said, I think roe is ok regarding to lectures content but even very few staff not up the job is enough when given lots of lectures or responsibilities to spoil the students year and rob them from necessary aptitudes. Recruitment giving lectures to professionals that were not committed.
I guess that lecturing is very very though, and students that do not respect silence should be asked to go out. At least when it is nothing to do with the content, their disruption.

I’d like to make clear that prostitution is slavery, particularly concerning youths, that are in fact breed in order to become this way exploited. Last year, four rivers were granted legal rights: the Whanganui in New Zealand, Rio Atrato in Colombia, and the Ganga and Yamuna rivers in India.
Granting Rights to a River: Enhancing a Right-Based Approach
In contrast to international law, some countries have granted rights to the nature, and specifically to rivers, in their national laws. In 2008, Ecuador recognized the constitutional right of Mother Earth and, in 2010, Bolivia adopted the Laws on the Rights of Mother Earth, which gives legal standing to nature and establishes an ombudsman for the protection of its rights. And in May 2017, Colombia’s Constitutional Court recognized the Atrato River as a legal person.
More recently, the Parliament of New Zealand granted the country’s third-longest river, the Whanganui, the legal rights of a person, after a 140-year campaign by the Whanganui Iwi tribe. In addition to compensating the Whanganui Iwi for grievances, the move seeks to preserve the river for future generations of Whanganui Iwi and all New Zealanders. As such, the river gains its legal personality not from an abstract legal entity, but from the people that are connected with the river.
India’s Ganges River and one of its main tributaries, the Yamuna River were granted these same rights. The high court in the northern state of Uttarakhand — not the national government, as in New Zealand, Ecuador, and Bolivia—issued the order, citing the case of the Whanganui in establishing that that the Ganges and the Yamuna should be accorded the status of living human entities.

Reading University has cancelled today’s scheduled speech by “kill the gays” Islamist preacher Abu Usamah at-Thahabi, which was to be hosted by the university’s Muslim Society.
“Thahabi endorses the murder of gay people and of Muslims who give up their faith. He says women are deficient and encourages the beating of little girls who refuse to wear the hijab,” said Peter Tatchell, Director of the human rights lobby, the Peter Tatchell Foundation.
“While this cancellation is welcome, the university’s reasons for the cancellation appear to be bogus, feeble and unprincipled.
“The university authorities claim the Thahabi meeting was cancelled because of serious threats of violent protest by extremist groups. I challenge the university to name these groups and reveal the threats.
“The idea that Islamist extremists would threaten a fellow Islamist extremist is absurd. The planned student protest against Thahabi was always going to be peaceful and never made any threats, as far as I know.
“Unless the university has evidence they have not disclosed, its professed reason for cancellation looks like a vile, disgraceful smear against legitimate, non-violent protesters.
“To its shame, the university appears to have used a phoney excuse to cancel a speaker who never should have been invited to speak in the first place. Inviting Thahabi clearly violated the equal opportunities and non-discrimination policies of the university and the student’s union.
“Women, Muslim and LGBT students have a right to go to university without being menaced and threatened by hate preachers.
“Disgracefully, the Vice Chancellor has failed to condemn the Muslim Society for inviting
Thahabi.
“Thahabi’s hateful, violent views are not shared by most Muslims in Britain,” said Mr Tatchell.

A letter had been sent by the Peter Tatchell Foundation to the Vice Chancellor of Reading University, David Bell, protesting at the university’s decision to host Abu Usamah at-Thahabi, on the grounds that Thahabi had been filmed by Channel Four’s Dispatches programme justifying the murder of gay people. Incitement to murder is a serious criminal offence.

Other protests were made against Thahabi by the anti-extremist organisation, Students Rights, and by Reading University students.

I understand that Mr. Abu Usamah at-Thahabi is giving a talk at the University of Reading on Thursday, 28th February 2013.
This individual has incited hatred and murder of homosexuals. He has abused his right to free speech and infringed the right of LGBT people to go about their lives without threats or fear.

I urge you to not collude with a man who incites murder, and to not adopt double standards on incitements to racist and homophobic violence.

Background Briefing on Abu Usamah at-Thahabi
Abu Usamah at-Thahabi has previously urged that gay people should be punished with death.
“Do you practice homosexuality with men? Take that homosexual man and throw him off the mountain,” Thahabi was recorded as saying by Channel Four’s Dispatches programme.
“If I were to call homosexuals perverted, dirty, filthy dogs who should be murdered, that’s my freedom of speech, isn’t it?”
On Muslims who leave the faith he said: “Kill him in the Islamic state…If the Imam wants to crucify him, he should crucify him. The person is put up on the wood and he’s left there to bleed to death for three days.”
He was filmed by Channel Four deriding women as “deficient”, inferior to men and religiously and intellectually “incomplete.”
He advocates violence against little girls who refuse to wear the hijab: “She should start hijab from the age of seven, by the age of ten it becomes an obligation on us to force her to wear hijab and if she doesn’t wear hijab, we hit her.”
Thahabi was caught on camera making these incitements while addressing worshippers at the Green Lane Mosque in Birmingham.
When he was later interviewed by Channel 4 News, he refused to withdraw or apologise for his comments.

So i clicked and clicked and clicked, and received text messages suddenly, informing me that i ll have to pay 6 pound a day to entering the competition etc, i received 5 of them, the clicks i made that i thought did not work as nothing appeared on the webpage.
I just have to reply them to stop in order to stop them wanting me to pay them daily for a lottery i never asked or agree to.
I replied praying fervorly that i did stop and that i won’t even be charged one day (five times as i was clicking frenitically trying to go out of this ad that i thought was only fantasy and waste time not pure high way robbery)
Consequences? End of month my phone bills asking me to pay for the texts i send asking them to stop something i never agree to start, and even pay the texts they send me saying to me for the free lottery you could not not avoid (nor see the real content of it) the prize is heavy. I assure you they anounce me i have to pay something while they intrude in something i was searching, block me the route, you are oblige to click to get rid of it and go on with your search, and manage i don’t know how to make me paid for their texts with the risks of me having to pay a fee daily.
so yes they stopped harassing me, I did ot pay to them directly but I had to pay them to send me text announcing to me I had been conned. or that I was to be if not clicking again. sweet thing I could use my phone, what if I was out of credit. do they have access to my bank account the same.

Reporting Fraud
In an emergency you should phone 999. You should use the 999 service to contact police when you need an immediate response – if a crime is happening now or if anyone is in immediate danger. The national local police number is now 101.
If you have been a victim of fraud please follow the guidelines below. If you wish to report other types of crime, please see the MPS Reporting Crime page.
The police are not the only agency with power to investigate fraud related offences; it is often difficult to determine what has happened and who to make reports to.
Action Fraud, is the UK’s national fraud and internet crime reporting centre. It was set up by the National Fraud Authority to take reports of fraud from victims as well as provide support and advice. They issue a ‘crime reference number’ which should be quoted in the same way as one issued by police.
Reports received by Action Fraud are fed into the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (NFIB), the central facility overseen by City of London Police to coordinate fraud investigation.
The NFIB analyses information from Action Fraud and other sources to create intelligence packages of trends and linked cases to be sent to the appropriate police or other law enforcement organisations for investigations which may involve enquiries throughout the UK and overseas.
Reporting Fraud Related offences
The advice sections within the Fraud Alert web pages above may help to understand what has happened to you and be of use before making a report. Further advice is available from Action Fraud.
Special arrangements apply to the fraudulent use of credit cards, bank debit cards, cheques and bank accounts. See item 2 below. See below also for information about trading standards, consumer issues, on-line and vehicle related fraud.
Fraud and Scams
If you are a victim of fraud, often also referred to as ‘scams’, you should make a report.
Action Fraud is available to report fraud and attempted fraud offences on line or by phone.
Local police should take a formal report of fraud in the following circumstances:
· Where the person suspected of committing the crime can be easily identified and apprehended.
· Where the person reporting or the victim is vulnerable.
· Where the crime is in progress.
Victims of fraud often believe that they know the person who has defrauded them because of what they have been told by mail, phone or over the internet.
· Fraudsters use technology to hide their true whereabouts and identity.
· All information that they have provided about themselves may be false.
· Action Fraud will accept reports from overseas where money has been lost and there is a clear link to the UK. A report to your local police in your country should also be made.

Vulnerable Victims and Third Party Reports.
A vulnerable victim may not be able to make a crime report or may lack the capacity to understand their situation as a victim of crime.

Credit Cards, Bank Debit Cards, Cheques and Bank Accounts
If your credit card, bank debit card, cheques or bank details have been used by fraudsters, your bank or other financial Institution must be informed, they make a report to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (NFIB).
A report should be made to Action Fraud in addition to a report that your bank or other financial institution may make, in the following circumstances:
· The card/account involved is not a UK bank or financial institution.
· Your bank or financial institution will not reimburse you or they have asked you to make a report.
· You have information which may identify the perpetrator of the fraud, (including merchant chargebacks).
If a fraudulent account has been set up in your name and you don’t have a relationship with that bank or card company, a report must be made by you.
If you have lost or had stolen any of the above items, a separate report must be made to Police.

If you have a dispute or complaint about something that you have bought in a shop, by mail order or via the internet, or want some consumer advice, contact the Citizens Advice consumer service on 08454 040506 (textphone users should dial 18001 then the full number) or email using the web form

eMails, on-Line and Web Sites
If you have been the victim of a fraud by answering an advert on line, this should be reported as above. It must also be reported to the web site concerned, unless you believe that the whole site may be fraudulent. If you believe that an advert that you have seen is suspicious, report your suspicions to the web site. Many sites allow you to do this as part of the advert.
If you have received a ‘phishing’ email, text, letter or scam communication by any other method and have not lost money or clicked on any website links contained in the message, you can report this online to Action Fraud at Report Attempted Scams or Viruses. This tool will identify the most appropriate email address to forward phishing emails to for disruption, investigation and/or prevention activity

Organisations of all sizes may make a report to Action Fraud. This covers most fraud related offences and circumstances, however some specialised reports, for example mortgage fraud, which have special arrangements are not reportable direct to Action Fraud at present.

After having been conned by my landlord, i ask the police nothing they can do about it, not even keep a record of having been conned, like if it was daunting to keep a file nowaday. Meaning one can keep deposit, and rent, why not ransack your room, not ransack your room this they would have taken the complain, but i could not invent it, being robbed or several months of rent being enough, with an emergency moving being more than enough for wishing to lose any trace of identity.

I wanted to do a summary about vegetarian diet, but now with looking up on the net it is so easy that I decide to leave this to myriads of true dieticians, cooks, or all persons of certain amount of knowledge.
I am a vegan now, just cause I was thinking to cows or goats and sheep that are used years in years, over used and deformed, their breast distended (dissent) to the floor in repugnant condition (condiment) of hygiene even when they are deemed to be free…to what? As I was watching them, I recognised yes, eyes, nostrils, muses, lips, mouths, and beards (wired), hip hails, ail, hairs, flesh, silky under, pelt, skin then leather. I am so ashamed, rather (rate) not to say, even to myself, as I knew since the start of my life that these are animals, that they are vest best friends, that they are us, that they cuddle, think, feel, live, laugh, cry and smile for the ones that have listened to their heart. Heart beat just the way one take breath after breath, for live to enter, even though we gonna be slaughtered by the very same that bred them. I don’t know I had to say to myself, you have to become vegetarian back, I don’t know how dozens, hundreds, thousands times, since repeated and sever, sieve, siezed or served, in my mind or conscience rather, looking att these animals that you can attribute with comprehension enough to know, or sense of course more, the fact that they are driven (to, certain, ascertain, certitude, attitude of not in-human HAM) to their meat, death without human braver to defy the holocaust of all ages, and animal like human expires. And what about what one would say, crate, treat trait, ingloriously ignominiously like that, back to their creator?
To stop when you have read the 10th good book on vegetarianism. And swer to everything you got- life content and awarness of that- while you got that one gaze is one more, less for one’s paradise path, if one’s own is not up to that, appreciate a beast same content. Con-tent. The same home the same sky. As far as the / the shelter don’t dry dust or allow defloration, deforestation by sadness or inundations. Radiation, radiator.

Fake news is a real problem in dealing with articles, and it happened to me at least once to have redistributed an article that had all the signs of being genuine but was in fact fabricated- hundreds of thousands people thought it was genuine and had been widely distributed-mind came after a genuine scandal of the same nature.
By the way, I still have an item that raises concern, I kept it as organ trafficking particularly on very poor populations in several countries and also on migrants and on refugees is a reality. I currently kept an article on organ trafficking by several ex-member of the Greek parliament, but if apparently the subjects may have been treated by the Greek media (I cannot read Greek), only one paper (that I thought peer-reviewed) talking about it has been released in English…so I wonder.
